Sukanya Dasgupta is a Co-Founder and the Principal of Sukanya & Associates, where she serves as the firm's lead designer. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Honours, from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and established the practice in 1992 together with associate architect Tamal Dasgupta.
Since then, she has worked on multi-scalar projects across India, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia, consistently striving for innovative, environmentally sensitive design solutions. She is a registered member of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) and the Council of Architecture (COA), India, and is affiliated with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) as an Accredited Professional.
Her work has been exhibited at numerous institutions across India and Bangladesh.
Beyond her practice, Sukanya served as Past President of the Rotary Club of Calcutta Inner City (District 3291) for 2017–2018, and remains actively involved in a number of social and community initiatives across West Bengal.

Tamal Dasgupta is a Co-Founder and an Associate Architect at Sukanya & Associates, and serves as the firm's lead designer. A graduate of Architecture from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, he brings extensive experience in construction and building technology, having designed and completed projects across numerous cities in India — including Delhi, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Srisailam, Nagarjunasagar, Aurangabad, Pune, Allahabad, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Durgapur, Kurseong, Bhubaneswar and Kolkata — as well as international projects in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is a registered member of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) and the Council of Architecture (COA), India.

Sreyash Dasgupta has experience delivering high-rise residential, township, institutional, commercial and mixed-use projects across India, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia. Leads design delivery end to end, from concept and master planning through design development, construction documentation, statutory approval and site supervision to handover. Holds a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design degree from Columbia University, New York, is a Chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) , a member of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), a Registered Architect in India (COA) with recognition from multiple architecture communities.
